And I suppose last week was the first week apart from eating out last night and on Tuesday The fact we walked into town instead of driving is a bonus(my suggestion), and the walking up and the stairs at work appears to be having some positive affect. The big weigh-in was this morning and (drum roll).................................... I stayed the same I need to lose something next week and with your support hopefully I will ;o)

Today is Remembrance Sunday. It was originally started to remember those killed in the 1st and 2nd world wars and more recently in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now the Queen was at the Cenotaph in London for the ceremony, what angered me is that Buckingham Place staff were told not to wear poppies during a recent banquet at the palace as it was thought the poppies would offend visiting ambassadors. Now am I the only person who thinks this is wrong and we should be allowed to wear poppies where we want an in front of whomever.
