About Phil and Ted's amazing radio adventure
Ciaran, or as we call him Father Ted, was found, yes found in a leprechaun field across the waters in deepest Ireland. According to Irish folklore, he is supposed to tell you the whereabouts of his hidden treasure, but before he does, he always manages to disappear. Unfortunately Father Ted remains, yet to disappear.
Phil McCrackin, like Father Ted and as our theme song goes is also an immigrant to these fine Scottish shores, spent his early life, in and around the South Coast of England, before embarking on many a roadie experience of Europe and America, during the late '80s and '90s.
Phil and Ted collided like 2 great titans at the turn of the century, when they meet at a rock gig in Scotland, they have remained friends (in a very loose term) ever since.
By sheer determination, Father Ted became involved with Rock Radio in late 2006 and in 2007 asked his mate to form one of the best rock double acts. From that , 'Phil and Ted’s Amazing Radio Adventure' was born.
